Financial Status Copies of Ish Reservoir Company's financial statements for years ending January 31, 1986 and January 31, 1987 are shown in Appendix A, pages A-19 through A-22. These statements are an accurate representation of the financial condition of the Ish Reservoir Company and are the only statements which the Company has. The loan described as "Wichita Bank loan" is through Farm Credit Services and will be paid off in 1993. The purpose of the borrowed money was to reconstruct the measuring station at the lower end of New Ish Ditch, repair work at the diversion structure from the Little Thompson, improvements to the measuring flume from Ish Reservoir to New Ish Ditch, and miscellaneous main- tenance. The payment schedule for this loan is shown in Appendix A, page A-23. E. Physical Assets 1. Existing facilities and condition. The existing facilities of the Ish Reservoir Company include the diver- sion structure from the Little Thompson, inlet ditch, bypass headgate for Colorado Big Thompson project water, the reservoir with dams at the northwest and southeast, the outlet works for New Ish Ditch, (the outlet works for Old Ish are the responsibility of the Boulder and Larimer County Irrigating and Manufacturing Ditch Company) various headgates to serve farm laterals, and the gaging station just east of Thomas Reservoir. These features are shown on the map on the following page. The northwest dam on Ish Reservoir needs improvements in the form of the installation of a toe drain, for which this funding application is being made. The remainder of the facilities are in very good condition, with significant maintenance and repair work completed on the diversion structure from the Little Thompson, New Ish Ditch outlet flume, and the gaging station at the bottom of the system in the last several years.
