~ ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
of
THE REDLANDS IRRIGATION COMPANY

I, R. B. Dessert, as President of The Redlands
Irrigation Company, a corporation duly organized and ex-
isting under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Colorado, hereby certify:
That, at a special meeting of the Board of Dir-
ectors of said Company, held the 22nd day of July, 1931,
said Board regularly adopted a Resolution whereby it voted
and ordered that a special meeting of the stockholders of
said Company be called and held on the 26th day of August,
1931, for the purpose, among other, of changing the name
of the Company to Redlsnds Weter and Power Company;
That public notice of ssid special stockholders'
meeting was published on the 14th day of August, 1931, in
the Daily Sentinel, a daily newspaper printed in Mesa
County, Colorado, wherein the principal office of said
Company is located, and by depositing in the postoffice at
Grand Junction, in said County, copies of said notice, ad-
dressed to each stockholder, having the name of the Presi-
dent and Secretary printed thereon, stating the time, place
and objects of said meeting;
