<br />(c) Reviewing construction contract <br />documents. <br /> <br />(d) Acquiring the land and water rights <br />needed for the project. <br /> <br />(e) complying with all federal state, and <br />local regulatory requirements. <br /> <br />Legal services must be approved by the state <br />in writing before they are rendered to be <br />eligible for payment by the state. <br /> <br />2. Provide the Contractor with such technical assistance as <br />the state deems appropriate in planning, constructing, and <br />operating the project and in coordinating the project with local <br />official comprehensive plans for sewer and water and with any <br />State or area plans for the area in which the project is <br />located. <br /> <br />I. upon completion of repayment to the state in the amount of <br />One Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-six Dollars <br />($186,496), as set forth in paragraph A.13. above of this <br />contract, the state agrees to convey to the Contractor all of <br />the state's right, title, and interest in and to the project and <br />any other property described in paragraph A.14. above by deed or <br />other proper conveyance and to release the Deed of Trust <br />described in Paragraph A. 14. above. <br /> <br />4. The repayment schedule shown as Attachment B to <br />contract Amendment No. 1 is hereby amended as shown in <br />Appendix B, which is by this reference incorporated and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br />5. The effective date of this contract amendment is seven <br />(7) days after the date first above written. <br /> <br />6.
