D. This O&M agreement shall be in effect through 2019
(O&H Agreement termination date) vhich is 25 years after the
termination date shown in item 7 on the front side of Form CRSC-2. If the
completion date of the installation of the SRP's is extended, the
termination date of this O&H agreement vill be extended by the same length
of time,

II, OBLIGATIONS.

A. The Participant(s) viII:

1. Be responsible consistent vi th the O&M plan for operating and perform-
ing, or having performed, all needed maintenance of equipment or SRP's
installed or used in connection vith the SRP's required by the CRSC-2,
and vithout cost to USDA. The duties of the participant shall include
the replacement of the SRP's and any components thereof vhich have an
effective lifespan that ends before the end of the O&M agreement termi-
nation date as set forth in subparagraph I D above and any other costs
imposed upon the participants as specified in the provisions of 7 CFR
Part 702.

2. Obtain prior COC and SCS approval of all plans, designs, and
specifications for any alteration to the SRP's.

3. Prohibit the installation of any structure or facility that viII
interfere 'With the operation or maintenance of the SRP's and correct
any other condition under their control that interferes vith the
operation and maintenance of the SRP's.

4. Notify the COC of any agreement to be entered into vith other parties
for the operation or maintenance of all or any part of the project SRP's
and provide the COC and SCS promptly vith a copy of any such agreement
signed by the Participant(s) and other parties.

5. Provide COC and SCS personnel free access to the CRSC SRP's at any
reasonable time for the purposes of carrying out the terms of the agree-
ment and ensuring compliance vith this agreement and CRSC-2.

III. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PLAN (O&M PLAN).

An O&M plan on each SRP's included in this agreement has been attached to
and is a part of this agreement.

IV. INSPECTIONS AND REPORTS.

A. The participant(s) viII inspect the SRP's as specified in the O&M plan.
SCS, in its discretion, may provide technical assistance in the operation,
maintenance, and replacement of SRP's.

B. The COC or SCS may, at any reasonable time during the period covered by
this agreement, inspect the SRP's, related equipment and ilppurtenances as
veIl as the land in which any of the participants have an interest vhich
is benefited by the SRP's.
