B. When established, the conservation practice% listed must be maintained by the participant at no cost to
the goverrrnent.
C. Enter total cost per unit in column 10 unle%s the method of cost-share is flat rate. When flat rate,
enter the amount per unit to be paid to the participant.
D. All cost share rates in column 11 are based on average cost with the following exceptions:
AA = Actual costs not to exceed average ~ost.
:- FR = Flat rate.
NC = Non cost-shared.
AM = Actual cost not to exceed a specifi~ maximum.
E. Modifications will be referenced by number in column 18.
F. By signing, the participant acknowledges reteipt of this conservation plan including the SCS-CPA-11 and
SCS-CPA-118 and agrees to comply with the t~rms and conditions hereof.

determined by the County Committee, if before expir~tion of the SRP(s) effective lifespan specified by SCS, I,
(a) destroy the approved SRP(s), or (b) voluntarily relinquish control of the water right or title to the land
on which the SRP(s) have been established and the new owner and/or operator of the land does not agree in
writing to properly maintain the practice(s) for tht remainder of the specified lifespan."
