The corporate seal of this corporation shall <br /> <br />be a circular seal with the name of the corporation and the name <br /> <br />COLORADO around the border and the word SEAL in the center. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VII - AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Section 1. These by-laws may be altered, amended, rescinded <br /> <br />or added to by the majority vote of the directors at any regular <br /> <br />meeting, or at any special meet~ng called for that purpose, provided <br /> <br />that the notice of such special meeting shall fully and clearly set <br /> <br />forth the proposed alteration, ~mendment, revision or addition. <br /> <br />~6- <br />
