Update training materials and aid State of Colorado staff in implementing training sessions
for CDSS products,

Task 4. Product Dissemination

Evaluate and improve the organization, packaging, and distribution of CDSS software and data
products, as needed, including, for example:

Grouping CDSS software products (e,g" StateMod, StateMod Gill, and StateMod utilities)
and docwnentation to create fewer and simpler software installations,
Evaluating and implementing installation software to facilitate software installation by users
(e,g" to replace InstallShield),
Developing documentation describing the options for installing CDSS in common computing
environments,
Developing procedures to facilitate State of Colorado staff preparing software installations
for the web site and CDs,

Task S. Project Management

. Prepare for and conduct at a minimwn four progress meetings during the four month period,
attended by one RTi staff member, Also included in Exhibit D are two hours per month to
prepare invoices and progress reports, Note that several of the other tasks contain meetings
that may serve a dual purpose as a progress meeting, The nwnber of progress meetings may
be more than four depending on the location of the meetings and the number of meetings that
-can be utilized from other tasks,
