BILL OF SALE

COLORADO WATER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the CITY OF CANON CITY,
a Colorado municipal corporation, of 612 Royal Gorge BOUlevard, Canon
City, Fremont County, Colorado, 81212, of the first part, for and
,
in consideration of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($231,000)

to the City of Canon City in hand paid, at or before the ensealing
or delivery of these presents, by THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION
BOARD, Department of Natural Resources, State of Colorado, of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained
and sold, and by these presents does grant and convey unto the said
party of the second part, in accordance with Paragraph B-5 of the
agreement of the parties entered into April 1, 1982, the following
described property:
A. A 36 inch ductile iron pipe of approximately 60 linear
feet, with all appurtenances thereto;
B. A 6 inch ductile iron pipe of appr~ximately 55 linear
feet, with all appurtenances thereto;

C. A 6 inch steel air pipe of approxi",ately 542 linear
feet, with all appurtenances thereto;

D. Air diffusion equipment;

E. Two air compressors having 560 cubic feet per minute
capacity each;

F. Two effluent headers, carbon and polymer equipment, a
water pump pressure tank and hand rails.

Items A through F are part of a 22 million gallon per day treat-
ment plant located in the City of Canon City, belonging to the party
of the first part and now in its possession at its water treatment
facility,

To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second part,

subject only to the provisions of the agree",ent of the parties of

April I, 1982 which, by this reference, is incorporated herein as

though fully set forth. Further, the said party of the first part

does hereby covenant and agree with said party of the second part

to warrant and defend title to and sale o! the above described

property, goods and chattels
