<br />b. Upon receipt and approval hy the State of such rronthly <br />estimate, the State will, within forty (40) days from <br />the receipt of such estimate, pay over to the Contractor <br />the amount of the monthly estimate or such portion <br />thereof as has been approved by the State. <br /> <br />4. Upon completion of the payment at the full purchase price to the <br />State in the Sum of Three Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Six nundred <br />Fifty-Three Dollars and Sixty Cents ($361,653.60), as set forth in <br />paragraph A.9. of this contract, convey to the Contractor all of the <br />State I s right, title and interest in and to the project by deed or <br />other proper conveyance. <br /> <br />All other provisions of the contracts entered into on August 1, <br />1979, on September 1, 1981, and on May 1, 1982, are to remain <br />unaffected and in full force. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 4 Pages <br />
