The grant received from <br /> <br /> <br />the NRCS greatly reduced the financial burden that the cost of flood damage repairs posed to the <br /> <br /> <br />Company, The project will provide a long term benefit to the Company by minimizing <br /> <br /> <br />maintenance requirements for the diversion and headgate structures, <br /> <br />As-Built Project <br /> <br />The costs and information thus far presented in this report were based on the best <br /> <br /> <br />estimates available prior to construction bidding. Based on the best information <br /> <br />available at the time of preparation of this report, the actual construction cost as bid was <br /> <br />$89,788, It is assumed that the NRCS will now provide grant funding for 75 percent of <br /> <br />this amount, and the Company will request a loan from the CWCB for the remaining 25 <br /> <br />percent ($22,447), The bid form for the contract awarded for this project is presented in <br /> <br />Appendix H. <br /> <br />8 <br />
