District revenue bond issues, <br /> <br />. an additional loan or loans from the CWCB Construction Fund, <br /> <br />. a Colorado Water Resources & Power Development Authority revenue bond issue, or <br /> <br />. some combination of the above. <br /> <br />If project costs should increase relative to the current cost estimate, the District may seek <br />additional external funding through borrowing or may use some combination of external <br />and internal funding. <br /> <br />Sources of Revenue <br /> <br />The District generally obtains revenue from water sales, service charges and tap fees as <br />well as property taxes and investment income. The amount of revenue by source for the <br />last three years is given in Table 7: <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />II <br />
