RE: Feasibility Study for the Rehabilitation of North poudre
Reservoir No.2.

Dear Mr. Ioannides:

The North poudre Irrigation Company is herewith transmitting the
feasibility study for the rehabilitation of North Poudre Reservoir
No.2. This study and report was jointly funded by the Colorado
Water Conservation Board and The North Poudre Irrigation Company.
The feasibility was done as a part of North Poudre's application to
the Colorado Water Conservation Board to obtain financing for one-
half (~) the construction cost for the rehabilitation of Reservoir
No.2.

The attached report has been prepared in accordance with the
Colorado Water Conservation Board requirements governing the
content and format of feasibility reports. All required documents
have been included in the report which consists of eight (8)
chapters and Appendices A through H.

With the submittal of this report. The North poudre Irrigation
Company formally requests funding from the Colorado Water Conserva-
tion Board Construction Fund to finance one-half (~) of the project
cost for the rehabilitation of Reservoir No.2. The total project
cost for the alternative chosen by The North Poudre Board of
Directors is approximately $622,000. Your consideration and
approval of this funding will be greatly appreciated.
