<br />THIS DEED, Made this ~day of April 1981, between EDGAR T.
<br />
<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />
<br />PARRINGTON and BERYL F. PARRINGTON of Winter Park, Colorado, of
<br />
<br />the first part and the WINTER PARK WATER AND SANITATION
<br />
<br />DISTRICT, a quasi-municipal corporation organized and existing
<br />
<br />under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado whose
<br />
<br />legal address is P.O. Box 57, Winter Park, Colorado 80482, of
<br />
<br />the County of Grand and State of Colorado of the second part;
<br />
<br />WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for
<br />
<br />and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/IOO DOLLARS
<br />
<br />($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to the said
<br />
<br />parties of the first part, in hand paid by the said party of
<br />
<br />the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
<br />
<br />acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by
<br />
<br />these presents do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />
<br />confirm unto the said party of the second part, its successors
<br />
<br />and assigns forever, all of the following described water, water
<br />
<br />rights, and rights to the use of water situate, lying and being
<br />
<br />in the County of Grand and state of Colorado, to wit:
<br />
<br />0.75 cubic feet per second of the water right in the
<br />Crooked Creek Supply Ditch, being Ditch No. 12 out of St.
<br />Louis Creek, Appropriation No. 205, Water District No. 51,
<br />with the date of appropriation of December 31, 1895 and a
<br />date of adjudication of August 3, 1911, together with all
<br />easements for the carriage, storage or detention of the
<br />subject water right.

<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurte-
<br />
<br />nances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the
<br />
<br />rev~rsion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
<br />
<br />issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title,
<br />
<br />interest, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said parties of
<br />
<br />the first part, either in law or e9uity, of, in and to Lhe above
<br />
<br />bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances; TO
<br />
<br />HAVE Arm TO HOLD, the said premises above bargained and
<br />
<br />described with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the
<br />
<br />second part, its successors and assigns forever.
