(2) One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000) <br />shall be payable within 15 days after July 1, 1990, <br />(3) Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17,000} shall be <br />payable to the District on October 1, 1991, or within 15 days <br />after receipt of notification from the District that it has an <br />additional 17 acres of wetlands as mitigation for the Project's <br />impacts, whichever occurs first, said payment to be made <br />irrespective of the actual or estimated cost of the wetlands, <br />and <br />(4) Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) shall be paid <br />to the District on October 1, 1991, or within 15 days after <br />receipt of notification from the District that it has completed <br />all fencing, if required, for big game habitat purposes on <br />Blacktail Mountain immediately north of the Project, whichever <br />occurs first, said payment to be made irrespective of the <br />actual o[ estimated cost of the fencing. <br />Page 3 of 5 Pages <br />
