<br />\.1- <br />;" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Julesburg Irrigation District shall <br />enter into the Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Project Contract <br />dated January 27, 1992 (referred to in said Amendment as the . <br />"Original Contract") with the State of Colorado for the use and' <br />benefit of the Department of Natural Resources (Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1; and <br />the President and Secretary are authorized to execute the said <br />Amendment No.1 on behalf of the District. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the District, through the above <br />officers, borrow, under the terms of Contract Amendment No.1, <br />the additional principal sum of $61,750 in addition to the <br />original principal sum of $325,000 under the Original Contract, <br />for a total of $386,750. . <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the District shall make <br />assessments sufficient to payoff the total principal amount of <br />the loan together with the interest due thereon pursuant to the <br />terms and conditions of the Original Contract and Contract <br />Amendment No.1, and to discharge the indebtedness; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the District shall set aside <br />this assessment revenue in a special fund separate and apart from <br />other contractor revenues to assure payment of this revenue to <br />the State. <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by <br />the Board of Directors of the Julesburg Irrigation District at a <br />special meeting of the Board held on M.t..;J.
