In addition to these water rights the Town owns 565 shares of C-BT water. This water is available for municipal use but it is delivered approximately % mi. downstream of the Town and the Town does not currently have means to utilize this water directly. Consequently, the Town exchanges this water for water in the North 51. Vrain Creek that can be diverted for municipal use. WATER DEMANDS The Town of Lyons' current and projected water demands in gallons per day (gpd) are shown in Table 2 below.
