<br />WOOdward..clylt <br /> <br />.} <br /> <br />Mr. Garrett Jackson, P.E., a Senior Staff Engineer with Woodward-Clyde Consultants, <br />has over 12 years of construction experience and over 6 years of engineering experience <br />including design, layout, and construction of highways, pipelines, earth dams, landfills, <br />and storage tanks, He has performed site investigations, and engineering aniUyses, <br />construction management and observation, and project management for dam and <br />structure foundations, earthwork construction, and underground storage tanks. <br /> <br />Mr. Pete Stauffer. Mr. Stauffer received his master's degree from the University of <br />Texas in geotechnical engineering in 1984, and has 12 years of experience with <br />landslides, slope stabilization, preparation of plans and specifications, and construction <br />engineering.
