<br />WOOdward-Clytl <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.0 <br />PROJECT TEAM ORGANIZATION <br /> <br />Our proposed project team organization is illustrated in the attached organization chart, <br />Figure 2-1. The qualifications and experience of key individuals named in the <br />organization chart are discussed in Section 3.2 and resumes are included in Appendix C. <br /> <br />All members of the project team are full-time employees of WCC's Denver office except <br />for Valley Surveying of Florence, Colorado, who will be providing surveying for the <br />cross-setions and profiles, We are prepared to commit these individuals to this project <br />as required. <br /> <br />Mr. Terrence E. Arnold, P.E., will be the project manager for this project and will work <br />directly with the Water Company, State Engineer representatives, and representatives <br />of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. Mr. Arnold has experience working with <br />the State agencies and other governmental agencies on embankment dam rehabilitation <br />projects, Mr. Garrett Jackson, P.E., will be the project engineer and will report directly <br />to Mr. Arnold, As project engineer, he will also be the lead professional for the <br />investigation and will be responsible for dam evaluation and dam repair design, The <br />organization chart also includes Mr. John W. France, P.E., as responsible professional. <br />As responsible professional, Mr. France will have primary responsibility for quality <br />control and oversight of the design documents. To achieve a high quality engineering <br />product, WCC has a policy that all work products must be peer reviewed internally <br />before they are delivered to the client. Mr. France will also perform the peer review, <br /> <br />For subsequent design services the team would be supported by WCC's design staff and <br />extensive support services and facilities, The WCC design group provides expertise and <br />experience in all aspects of the design process. This provides the highest quality design <br />for the client.
