The direct beneficiary is the CWCB <br />which will use the study information within its Construction Fund <br />loan program, and entities (municipalities, ditch companies, etc.) <br />who will receive reconnaissance level information on their proposed <br />raw water project. <br /> <br />2. Describe the consequences if this contract is not approved. <br />Approximately 12 low interest loans from the Construction Fund will <br />not be made. The loans are to allow Colorado to utilize its <br />compact entitlement waters. Estimate of total loans not granted is <br />$20,000,000. <br /> <br />1 <br />
