RIO GRANDE WATER SUPPLY STUDY - PHASE I - STEP TWO ---------------------------------------------------------------- Task 11-7 Preparation of a final report for the Rio Grande water Supply Study - Phase 10 ---------------------------------------------------------------- Purpose: To convey the study assumptions, processes, results and interpretation of those results in a clear and concise format. Approach: Activities will include: Envisioned activities are given below. It is envisioned that the study team attorney will prepare 1) some portions of the final report and executive summary, 2) provide a comprehensive review of written products of Task 11-7, and 3) prepare for and contribute to Task 11-7 meetings. 1. LRCWE and MacDougall will prepare an outline of final report and solicit comments from the Study Advisors. 2. LRCWE and MacDougall will prepare a draft of the final report incorporating relevant sections of Step One and Step Two memoranda. MacDougall will prepare portions of the report related to the Rio Grande Compact. MacDougall will also perform a comprehensive review of other portions of the final reporto 3. Provide for review and editing of the draft report by a qualified technical writer prior to distribution to the study Advisors. 4. Distribute the draft of the final report ( and associated executive summary) to the study Advisors and request comments wi thin a six week review period. 5. LRCWE and MacDougall will present the conclusions of the draft report to the Study Advisors during the six week review period. 6. LRCWE will update the RIBSIM model documentation (program and data sets) to reflect modifications made during step Two of the Study. 7.
