Review of USBR working paper (from Task 3a) and development <br />of preferred procedure for incorporating Closed Basin <br />Project impacts into storable flow analyses. <br />2. Based on USBR working paper, prepare a task summary <br />memorandum describing the Closed Basin Project's background, <br />history, existing and proposed operation. Also discussed <br />will be the incorporation of the impacts of the Closed <br />Basin Project in the storable flow analyseso <br /> <br />Work Product: A task summary memorandum summarizing the USBR <br />descriptions (background, history, existing and proposed <br />operations) and discussing the incorporation of the Closed <br />Basin Project in the storable flow analyses.
