Prepare a summary describing the collected and reviewed <br />information. <br />20 Use the collected information to prepare general <br />descriptions of relevant (to a storable flow determination) <br />existing water supply systems and water users in the <br />basin, as well as the general hydrologic characteristics <br />of the basin. This task does not include the preparation <br />of descriptions for the Closed Basin Project, the Rio <br />Grande Compact or water rights administration which are <br />included in following subsequent taskso <br />3.
