The following budget (excl usive of Bureau costs) has been based
on a detailed manpower breakdown of each task (as described in
the paS) combined with the LRCWE rate schedule shown in Figure 3.
The budget includes an $ 8,000 allowance for fees for the review
of the Task 2 and Task 4 memorandum by legal counsel famil iar
with water law (see Task 2 and 4).
