<br />Shall the District debt be increased
<br />$590,000.00, with a repayment cost of $1,233,600.00.

<br />1, To borrow not in excess of $590,000,00 from the Colorado Water Conservancy Board
<br />of the State of Colorado at an interest rate of 3,75% per annum for 30 years for the purpose of
<br />constructing a new scructure at the upper location in the South Platte River at the Harmony #1
<br />Diversion.
<br />2, To raise the the assessment by $2,50 per acre for District bonded acres, making the
<br />assesSment $20,50 per acre per year to help facilitate the repayment of said roan.
<br />3, To enter into one or more contracts for the purpose of constructing a new intake
<br />structure, paying for such work from the proceeds of the loan from the Colorado Water
<br />Conservancy Board and if the totat cost is in excess of $590,000,00, utilizing other revenues
<br />available to the District.
<br />4, To secure the repayment of sums borrowed with interest by a lien on the real property
<br />of the District and by a Pledge of Taxes and Assessments of the District and a Certificate of
<br />Deposit in the amount of one annual payment of said loan,

<br />assessment $19,50 per aCre per year to facilitate the repayment of said loan,
<br />3, To enter into one or more contracts for the purpose of rehabilitating the existing
<br />structure, paying for such work from the proceeds of the loan from the Colorado Water
<br />Conservancy Board and if the total cost is in excess of the $296,070,00, utilizing other revenues
<br />available to the District.
