The District has obtained an approval by <br />vote of the shareholders to contract for the loan, and is in compliance with TABOR. <br />The District Court, upon consideration and review, granted all Motions to Dismiss the <br />Statement of Intention to Contest Election, by Order of Dismissal, filed in District Court <br />on February 13, 1998. Please refer to Appendix G, <br /> <br />Opinion of Feasibility <br /> <br /> <br />The selected alternative is both technically and financially feasible. There are no known <br /> <br />obstacles which would prevent the District from successfully completing this project. <br /> <br />13 <br />
