S. <br />CHIEF ENGINEER <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />November 27, 1974 <br /> <br />The nhysical assets of the Cedar Mesa Ditch Company will <br />also be included with the financial status. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />All features of the land will be included in the report, <br />such as, land classification, crOllS presently grown on <br />the land, nossible crops to be grown on the land, acres <br />presently under irrigation acres that could be included <br />under irrigation if the project is feasible. Standards <br />arlceptable to the Colorado 'Ilater Conservation Board will <br />be used in the classification. Material for the classification <br />of lands will be borro\~en from the USBR or the SCS or <br />other acceptable nrocedures will be used to classify lands. <br /> <br />The present service area of the project will be shown on <br />th$ location or other acceptable map included in the report. <br />The ownershill of the land will be listed and the acreage of <br />each owner will be accounted for. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. ' <br /> <br />Water rights, reqUirements, and supply will be listed and an <br />attp-mpt to shm~ the amount of water utilized will be made. <br />Any increase to the Colorado River salinity will be discussed. <br /> <br />A nhysical plan showing the irrigation benefits, the investig- <br />ations for the reservoir site, and design criteria will also <br />be included. Structure plans, drainage, sedimentation, and <br />property required to build the control reservoir vnll be <br />presented in a profe~~ional manner, complete and to the satis- <br />faction of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The rellort will not only include cost estimates of the <br />required new facilities~ but also show a manner in which <br />the costs of the facilities can be llaid. Should the project <br />not be feasible, then the report will also state such. <br />Revenues to be generated by the Cedar Mesa Ditch Company to <br />renay the constructions costs 1~11 also include and O&M fund <br />and an emergency operating fund. <br /> <br />ll. <br /> <br />The proposed project will be evaluated and outlined in the <br />rellort. Recommendations and conclusions vnll be based upon <br />this evaluation. <br /> <br />12. Should Federal funds be required or solicited an Environmental <br />Impact study renort will be obtained as required by P.L. 91-190 <br /> <br />13. All aspects reqtired to make the report profes$bnally complete <br />will be included. <br />
