Introduction. gives an overview of this report, the need for and purpose <br />of the project as well as the authorizations by the funding agencies; <br /> <br />Section 2. Development and Analysis of Alternatives. provides a description of <br />the process leading to a preliminary design and cost estimate for a NASRF at the <br />Chiles Farms site; <br /> <br />Section 3. Description of the Selected Alternative. summarizes the selected <br />project design and cost estimate; <br /> <br />Section 4. Water Supply. provides a description of the potential sources of water <br />supply for the project; <br /> <br />Section 5. Financial Program. outlines the major funding considerations for the <br />project; and <br /> <br />1-3 <br />
