'-......, ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C <br />WORK PRODUCTS <br /> <br />Each of Tasks 1, 2, 3A, and 3B, will have a draft task report as its product, whicl i v i!I <br />present the result of each task with a minimum preamble. These will be submitted initially in <br />draft form. Final versions of these reports will be incorporated into the Phase I Draft <br />Preliminary Report. <br /> <br />A preliminary report will be produced upon completion of Tasks 1 through 4 which will <br />be a self-contained document summarizing all results and providing sufficient discussion to <br />support the conclusions and recommendations. This Phase I Preliminary Report will be due <br />on March 1, 1993. <br /> <br />A draft Study Report will be delivered by June 1, 1993, which will combine the results <br />of Task 5 with the analysis of Phase I. Following receipt of comments, this report will be issued <br />in final form by June 30, 1993. <br /> <br />The numbers of report copies to be submitted will be as specified in the RFP which are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />. Ten (10) copies of each Draft Task Report and related work products as each <br />task is completed. <br /> <br />. Twenty-five (25) copies of a draft and a final Phase I Preliminary Report <br />summarizing the results of Task 1 through 4 by March 1, 1993. <br /> <br />. Twenty-five (25) copies of a draft Study Report by June 1, 1993. <br /> <br />. Fifty (50) printed copies of the final Study Report by June 30, 1, 1993. <br /> <br />. One reproducible original of the final Phase I Preliminary and Study Reports by <br />March 1, and June 30, 1993 respectively. <br /> <br />. One electronic copy of the final report in WordPerfect 5.1 on a 31/2-inch floppy <br />disk. <br /> <br />. Three (3) Technical Appendices, containing: <br /> <br />a copy of any previous report relied upon and or cited in any task or study <br />report prepared as part of this study, if not already held by CWCB. <br /> <br />all technical analyses, calculations, and computer runs conducted as part <br />of this study. <br /> <br />In addition to providing these deliverables, the project team will be available to provide <br />support for and to attend 3 progress presentations to the CWCB staff and interested parties in <br />the Arkansas Valley, plus a final presentation to the CWCB. <br /> <br />bj702.pur <br />
