That I am a Secretaryrrreasurer and duly authorized representative of the firm <br />Riverside Technology, inc.; and <br /> <br />b. That the wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the compensation to be <br />paid by the State for these professional services are accurate, complete, and <br />current; and <br /> <br />c. That I understand the original contract price and any additions shall be adjusted to <br />exclude any significant sums by which the State determines the contract price had <br />been increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or non-current wage rates and other <br />factual unit costs; and <br /> <br />d.
