ASCS is responsible for government payback by the <br />State. <br /> <br />A motion by John Shultz and a second by Herb Hanson that the assessment schedule be <br />accepted for, payment of the 1985 assessments was carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Explanation of Phase VII was given and Glen pointed out that, after a tour of the <br />ditch by members of County and State ASCS, their additional support was granted. <br /> <br />Also passed unanimously was a motion by Bob Wilson, seconded by D. McCarty, that the <br />construction on Phase VII proceed as scheduled; the Board will be permitted to make <br />the necessary arrangements for the money to be used for construction of this phase. <br /> <br />Jeff Dahlstrom has been hired to replace Steve Olmstead as Ditch Superintendent <br />beginning March 15, 1985.
