Closure

This report has been prepared in accordance with generally accepted geological and
geotechnical engineering practices for specific use in the stability and seepage analyses of
Continental Dam in Hinsdale County, Colorado. No other warranty, either expressed or implied
as to the professional advice provided, is made. The analysis and conclusions contained in this
report are based on the site conditions as they existed at the time of our reconnaissance; and on
review of available reports and available geologic maps. It should be recognized that some
limitations are inherent in the evaluation of subsurface conditions and that certain conditions may
not be detected. Changes in the infonnation or the data gained from these sources or in the
proposed land use could result in changes in our conclusions. If such changes do occur, we
should be advised so that we can review our report in light of those changes.

Continental Dam

Page 20
