<br />3 <br /> <br />WORK PL^N <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />The obJective of OUl' "Work Plan" is to provide a solid <br /> <br />approach to the proJect and a <br /> <br />ensure an organized approach <br /> <br />schedule of activities to <br /> <br />to the proJect. <br /> <br />Our "Work <br /> <br />Plan" will adhere to the ~ollowing sequence. <br /> <br />1. Make an initial review of Clark Lake utilizing all <br /> <br />existing information in order to identify problem areas <br /> <br />and scope of work required. <br /> <br />2. Identify potentially critical <br /> <br />conditions <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />initiste <br /> <br />investigations <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />reach <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />primary <br /> <br />conclusions in that regard. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Prepare a schedule of activities such that sll <br /> <br /> <br />partiea will be informed as to how and when critical <br /> <br /> <br />activities will be completed. <br />4. Develop alternate preliminary designs and quantity <br /> <br />estimates as needed to identify the most satisfactory <br /> <br />and economical design configuarations. <br /> <br />5. Prepare all maps, exhibits, and economic analyses as <br /> <br />required to <br /> <br />SUPPOl:'t <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />most <br /> <br />feasible <br /> <br />design <br /> <br />configurations. <br /> <br />6. Prepare the "Feasibility Report" per the CWCB <br /> <br />guidelines such that all information needed to make the <br /> <br />final decisions on the proJect is provided snd <br /> <br />presented in a useable format. <br />
