6.1.1 COST OF FEASIBILITY STUDY

The amount of the contracts between McCall-Ellingson & Morrill, Inc. and the City for
initial site investigations and the feasibility study total $40,000. The City Is paying 50
percent of the total amount out of their operating budget. The remaining 50 percent
is financed by CWBC at a 5 percent annual interest rate. Interest is not due until
completion of the project.

6.1.2 ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST

Construction costs are estimated for 1990 dollar values. These costs are based on
work quantities and appropriate unit rates and lump sum items. Costs reflect the high
mountain, limited construction season, and other site characteristics.
