Water right information as necessary for evaluating any feature that <br />may consist of a change in water rights. <br /> <br />Assuming this proposal will.meet your satisfaction, we have prepared and <br />enclose three copies of an Agreement for Engineering Services along the format <br />given in the "Supplement to Guidelines," Colorado Water Conservation Board, for <br />execution by the Fort lyon Canal Company and approval by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board. We will initiate our work within one week after approval <br />of the Agreement and receiving your notice to proceed and complete the work <br />within three months.
