The second diversion is the <br />Greeley and Loveland Canal which diverts water to Equalizer Reservoir. Equalizer Reservoir is the <br />last reservoir on the system before water is delivered to the shareholders to the east including the City <br />of Greeley, The City of Greeley is located approximately 30 miles to the east of Equalizer Reservoir. <br /> <br />Several alternatives are evaluated in this report for financial, technical, environmental, and <br />institutional feasibility. Several alternatives were developed for each identified project element. The <br />alternatives included non-structural and structural measures. The most feasible system alternative .was <br />developed by combining the separate project elements. <br /> <br />The Company plans to apply for 80 percent of the project cost through a Construction Fund <br />loan from the CWCB, The remaining 20 percent will be paid through water assessments, <br /> <br />2 <br />
