features and service areas;

4. District information consisting of:
a. History of organization,
b. Laws under which organized,
c. Powers and authorities of organization,
d. Financial status,
e. Physical assets;

5. Land data:
a. Land classification consisting of any available data,
b. Service area map,
c. Land use - net acreages by division and any other available data,
d. Ownership - summary type data on ownership of public and private land;

6. Water data:
a. Records as may exist to assist in evaluating water utilization and water
diversion requirements,
b. Water right information as necessary for evaluating any feature that may
consist of a change in water rights.

Assuming this proposal will meet your satisfaction, we have prepared and enclosed
three copies of an Agreement for Engineering Services along the format given in the
"Supplement to Guidelines," Colorado Water Conservation Board, for execution by the
Manvel Canal Company and approval by the Colorado Water Conservation Board. We will
initiate our work within one week after approval of the Agreement and receiving your
notice to proceed and complete the work within three months. Our invoices will be
submitted monthly and on completion of our work.
