1 Natural Flow is the sum of the "estimated" natural flow of the
Colorado River near Cameo, CO and Plateau Creek near Cameo, CO. Such
flow does not include any GMR storage water being released directly to
any "Cameo System" entity.

Water may be diverted under this right only when capacity is
available in the Government Highline Canal and Tunnel No.3.

4 When the Palisade Irrigation District (P1D), Mesa County Irrigation
District (MCID), and Grand Valley Water Users Association (GVWUA) are
receiving the maximum of 850 cfs at Tunnel No.3 and 1,620 cfs is being
diverted at the Grand Valley Project Diversion Dam, the balance
remaining for the Orchard Mesa Power Canal is 770 cfs. If Orchard Mesa
Irrigation District (OMID) is using its maximum of 460 cfs, there
remains 310 cfs available for the Grand Valley Powerplant.
