The work was conducted under contract to the U.S. Army Corps <br />of Engineers, Intermountain Planning Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. Although an interesting structure <br />constructed for an unusual purpose, the poor condition and expedient design of the structure do not <br />warrant consideration as a property eligible for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places. <br /> <br />ii <br />
