Alternate IVa (revised): <br /> <br /> <br />Requirements for right-of-way easements and lor direct land <br /> <br />purchase will be similar to those as mentioned in Alternate IV. <br /> <br />However, in paralleling the.existing Ridgway-Ditch, the right of <br /> <br />adverse possession may be employed. The route, in being more <br /> <br />direct, will require less easements. Again, a 10 foot permanent <br /> <br />utility easement and a 20 foot construction easement will be needed. <br /> <br />6. Town Distribution System: <br /> <br /> <br />The transmission line lying along Highway #62 will require a <br /> <br /> <br />utility right-of-way permit from the Colorado State Highway Department. <br /> <br /> <br />All other waterlines lie on Town streets and will not require a permit. <br /> <br />All streets, easements and rights of way in Alternates I, II, III, IV <br /> <br />and IVa (revised), and the Town's distribution system will be returned <br /> <br />to a condition equal to or better than the present existing condition. <br /> <br />32 <br />
