Supervising Water Resource Specialist Colorado Water Conservation Board 823 State Centennial Building 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 RE: West Divide Water Supp ly Proj ect Dear Mr. Ioannide5: In reply to your letter of May 22, 1980, this letter and its attach- ments contains our proposal to furnish the engineering services re- quired for the preparation of an engineering feasibility study and report for the West Divide water supply project presently under con- sideration by your Board. Our proposal has been prepared on the basis of Part B only of the 1978 Guidelines of the Colorado Water Conservation Board as they apply to municipal and industrial water supply systems. Therefore, all references in the Guidelines to irrigation and multipurpose projects have been deleted in preparing this proposal. Services, if any, required for Part A of the Guidelines will be furnished by the West Divide Water Conservancy District. The required documentation will be included in the feasibility report. Part e - Environmental Assessment is not required and is not a part of this proposal. Attachment "A" to this letter contains our detailed proposal. Attach- ment "B" is a listing of our current Schedule of Costs which formed the basis for our computation of the cost of engineering services. Attachment "e" is a map showing the boundari es of the area to be studied, Although a breakdown of costs is provided in Attachment "A" for major segments of the work, we propose to provide the engineering services for the study and report for the lump sum amount of $21,500.00 including all travel and out-of-pocket expenses.
