Notice of the Hearinq lias duly published <br />in the Douglas County News, 8 newspaper of general circula- <br />tion within the County, on March 15, 22 md 29, 1984, as <br />requi red by 1 aw, and Noti ce was for....arded ';0 the Peb ti oner$ <br />and to the governing body of each municip.lity and special <br />district which has levied an ad valorem ta:t within the next <br />preceding tax year and which has boundarltS within a radius <br />of three miles of the proposed Dlstrict; ~~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the B08l-d has considerel 'the SerVice Plan <br />and all other testimony and evidence pres~nted at t~e Hear~ <br />'ing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS_ it aooearSi that the Ser"ice Plan should be <br />approved without cond~tion or modification; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED B.....
