The Board has given their initial approval subject to several conditions:

a, A proiect report and financial plan is required in order for the CWCB staff to evaluate
the District's financial condition and ability to pav, The report should include; (1) a
description of the Castle Pines North Metropolitan District and the District's service area,
(2) a description of the proposed project, and (3) a detailed financial plan to include a
projection of all water fund revenues and expenditures for the period of CWCB debt
retirement. Enclosed is a suggested outline for the report as well as a copy of the
Construction fund Guidelines. Please contact Bill Green of this office (866-3441) if you
have any questions regarding the report.

b, You mav use vour emergencv CWCB loan to rehabilitate well A-3 this winter.
However, you must contact Mike Serlet of this office (866-3441) prior to bidding the
project. Mike will explain our contractor bidding and bonding requirements, and will
make field inspections during construction,

c, An approved contract must be in place before the emergencv construction work can
proceed. Please contact Bill Stanton of the office (866-3441) at your earliest convenience
to initiate the emergency contracting process, '
