DNR <br />Daries C.llIe, P.E. <br />Director, CWCB <br /> <br />ML Paul V, Dannels, Manager <br />Castle Pines North Metropolitan District <br />650 Castle Pines Drive South <br />Castle Rock, Colorado 80104 <br /> <br />Dear ML Dannels: <br /> <br />Paragraph Al.b, of the project Contract between the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />and the Castle Pines North Metropolitan District for the Rehabilitation of Water Well A-3 dated <br />March 13, 1995 requires the District to contract for the construction of the project with <br />responsible and capable firms selected through competitive public bidding, Furthermore, the <br />CWCB must approve in writing all construction contracts before they become effective. <br /> <br />My staff and I concur with the District's decision on March 7, 1995 to select AmWest, <br />Inc, of Brighton, Colorado, to complete the work necessary for the rehabilitation of water well <br />A-3, We believe the selected firm is responsible and capable to do the work, and that the District <br />followed the proper selection process in making their decision, <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of the Contract, we hereby approve the Notice of A ward <br />and the Notice to Proceed for this project. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br />William P.
