A RESOLUTION CONCER~ING THE FUNDING OF IMPROVEMENTS TO SHERIFF
RESERVOI R.

WHEREAS, the Sheriff Reservoir Feasibility Report has determined
that improvements to the dam structure are necessary; and)

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has determined that financial
assistance will be required in order to construct such
improvements; and,

WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board has the authority
to finance water resource projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT CERTIFIED AND RESOLVED by the Board
of Trustees of the Town of Oak Creek, Colorado, that:

A.

The total estimated project cost is $600,000.

B .

Financial assistance from the Colorado Water Conservation
Board is requested in the amount of $297,000, which is
49.5% of the total estimated project cost.

C. The Town of Oak Creek proposes that the loan repayment
period be for a length of forty years at 5% interest.

D. The Town of Oak Creek shall contribute the remainder
of the total estimated project cost.

CERTIFIED AND RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town
of Oak Creek this 18th day of December, 1986.
