Our first choice is to keep it in <br />the Name of the current ditch company, that being the Decker Lateral Ditch Co. Should <br />there be a problem with other ditch members, our secondary choice will be forming <br />another smaller ditch company of just the people this project will affect. This Ditch <br />company will be called the lower Decker Lateral Ditch Co. The expenses to do this will <br />be around $3.000, We assure you that one of these entities will be used as the project <br />entity, <br /> <br />I hope this sheds some light on our plans.
