We are
greatly interested in providing a Feasibility Study for the
Hyannis Reservoir Company. It is anticipated that through
this study we can show that the Hyannis Peak Reservoir will
be valuable and beneficial to the irrigat~on of Meyring Live-
stock Company lands. :i;:

Recently, we have completed a study of the Hyannis Peak
Reservoir site for the U,S. Forest Service which examined
several different types of dams and the project benefits
that would be realized, The information contained in that
study would be included in the Feasibility Study, in addition
to that information required by the Colorado Water Conserva-
tion Board "Guidelines."

We believe that Rocky Mountain Consult~nts, Inc., personnel
working in conjunction with the Hyannis Re:;;ervoir Company will
provide the expertise capable of producing a meaningful Feas-
ibility Study.

-1-

, .
