C;oncerning the geologic in-
vestigation, Jeff felt we werc Ilbou! 50% complcte. I mentioned to him that
we wished to submit the feasibility study as soon as possible to receive fund-
ing to conduct drilling/trenching and engineerin~ tests, He seemed to feel that
if we included an investigation plan to augment the present ~eologie information,
and that the plan met his requirements, he saw no major impediments to his
approval of the site.

Listed below are the main points of geologic study Jeff would like to see pre-
sented in the report:

1) Detailed mllp I" = :i()', of the IlLmtmcnt lIl'ell, notin!~ joining /Jnd frHc-
turing

2) investigate faulting in spillway and impoundment areu to determine
reservoir integrity

--------.3L.d.elerJ1linc-.uvllilab.!!lty -'lfld_q!!I!1!.~Y of construct ion mil terials
4) minor photo-geologic work.

GDS:st
