An evaluation ol' Hyannis Reservoir Company water
rights, including priorities, projected and safe yields,
and transfer potential, and how these water rights af-
fect the availability of water for the proposed project,
as well as the North Platte River Litigation.

The projected amount of water:~hich will be avail-
able to the project will be develq:ped. This will in-
clude an operations study showing how new project
water will be utilized.

vlater Quality

Analysis of the chemical and physical character-
istics of the project water in term~ of taste, color,
odor, biocides and other factors that might affect
crop production and fish habitat. '

Included will be an estimate of sedimentation in
the proposed reservoir and any sPecial requirements
for selective withdrawal. },'

presented. This will include the various project

Geologic Investigations

A description of site and engineering geology for
the dam site, including maps of ~he surface geology and
a geologic cross-section based on surface geology. An
opinion will be given as to whether a more intensive
geologic examination, including on-site drilling, is
required.
