Jacobucci Water Brokers, Inc. represents the Seller <br />The Seller agrees to pay Jllcobucci Water Brokers, Inc. a <br />commissIon In tile amount of - - - % of the purchase price or <br />$ 150.Q.Qlaf unit for services that have been rendered in this <br />transaction and agrees that in the event of forfeiture by the Buyer <br />of anything of value hereunder, such things of value shall be <br />evenly divided between the Seller and Jacobucci Water Brokers, <br />Inc., but Jacobucci Water Brokers, Inc. shall not receive more than <br />the commission described above. <br /> <br />11. All parties to this Agreement understand they have the <br />right to seek advice from an accountant, attorney, engineer or <br />other professional before signing this Agreement and Jacobucci <br />Water Brokers, Inc. has urged the parties to do so, if they wish. <br /> <br />12. If this proposal is accepted byal1 parties by virtue <br />of signature(s) below and if all parties receives notice of such <br />acceptance on or before the close of business on October T6 , <br />19~, this instrument shall become a contract between Seller and <br />Buyer, and shall inure to the benef i t of t he he i rs, successors and <br />assigns of such parties. <br /> <br />13.
