All parties to this Agreement understand that they have <br />the right to seek advice from an acoountant, attorney, engineer or <br />other professional before sigoing this Agreement and Jacobucci <br />Water Brokers, Inc. has urged the parties to do so, if they wish. <br /> <br />11.
